The Collective Committee is managed by the Executive Director. The Collective Committee consists of Active Members shall meet at such times and places as determined by the Director(s), provided that two weeks' notice is given to each committee member.

The Committee’s duties include special skills tasks, as well as hanging exhibits, managing new creators, planning exhibits and events and other such duties as directed by the Director(s).

Currently the Executive Director is Will Prater.  They are freelance writer raised in Detroit, Michigan, but residing in Tullahoma for the last 12 years. Known mostly for time on the stage, they have taken a back seat and done more directing and producing recently. Crash Course Theater, their theater company has existed since 2017 and has toured all over Tennessee. They are also known for their poetry, short stories, and contributions to various literary projects. They have served as a columnist for Impact One, Impact All Magazine, and organized (and managed) Writer's Online Network and WON Radio for five years. They also hosted several shows on WON Radio and have participated in expert panels at conventions such as Connooga, Chattacon, OutlantaCon, Hypericon, GMX, Dragon Con, GayRomLit, WhedonFest, and Rainbow Con.  While a knitter and crafter for many years, they have recently decided to blend all their branches under one creative roof... An additional fact: Prater is currently working toward finishing their first novel.
